Tumors with the highest rates of E-Cadherin loss included Merkel cell carcinoma (75.6% negative), anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (68.6% negative), lobular carcinoma of the breast (71.5% negative), and sarcomatoid (60.0% negative) and small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (44.4% negative) of the urinary bladder.
