Moreover, we observed that overexpression of RAP2A attenuated the tumor suppressive effects of miR-33a-5p on PDAC cell proliferation, migration and invasion in both SW1990 and PANC-1 cells, which suggested that miR-33a-5p suppressed the malignancy of PDAC cells in vitro possibly through directly targeting RAP2A.
