Previous studies have revealed that gankyrin regulates various signalling pathways in different cancers, such as mTORC1 in colorectal cancer,31 PI3K/AKT in ovarian cancer,32 RhoA/Rac1 in breast cancer33 and keap1/Nrf2 in hepatocellular carcinoma.34 This evidence concerns the gene RAC1 and colorectal cancer.
