In all breast cancer combined, high expression of LKB1, AMPK, LYK5, MARK1, MARK2, NUAK2, PAK1 (both probe sets), SIK1, SIK2, BRSK1, BRSK2, SNRK, and QSK was positively correlated with improved survival compared to low expression of these genes. Here, PRKAA1 is linked to breast cancer.
