In groups stratified to include chemotherapy treated and untreated breast cancer cases, TNBC patients with high expressions of PAK1 (226507) and SIK2, ER+ patients with high expression of QSK and BRSK2, and mutant TP53 patients with high BRSK1 expression all had an improved survival correlation post chemotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene BRSK2 and breast carcinoma.
