Among the factors predicting treatment success with anti-TNF therapy, anaemia at presentation was the only clinical factor which predicted poor response on univariate analysis, rest of the factors including age at onset less than 30 years, male sex, intestinal obstruction, perianal fistula, EIM, colonic stricture, steroid dependency and early initiation of biologics, were not significant on cox regression analysis (Table 3).
