Quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis did not show a similar decrease in NQO1 levels in IFNγ-treated TNBC cells, suggesting that IFNγ stimulation predominately reduces NQO1 levels in human breast cancer cells at the post-transcriptional level (Supplementary Figure 7c). This evidence concerns the gene NQO1 and breast carcinoma.
