The results showed that irrespective of the lesion location, the expression of Bcl-2 was reduced after IFI35 was upregulated, but the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly increased in IFI35 downregulated tissues, which means that IFI35 could obviously promote the apoptosis of CRC cells in vivo (Fig. 5D).
