BAX and breast cancer: To delve into miR-92a-3p/BTG2 axis’s role in BC, we transfected BTG2 siRNA into BT549 and MCF-7 cells with miR-92a-3p inhibition, and transfected BTG2 overexpression plasmids into BT549 and MCF-7 cells with miR-92a-3p overexpression, and then BTG2, Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels were detected through Western blotting.
