Besides high IL6 and high IL8, liver cirrhosis (p = 0.032), Child–Pugh class B (p = 0.014), albumin < 36 g/L (p = 0.024), total bilirubin ≥ 17 μmol/L (p = 0.009), and higher (2b and 3) mALBI grade (p = 0.007) were associated with worse outcome.
