We found that only six cancer types, including colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), LUSC, skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), STAD, and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), had putative HF mutations that passed the regression test and identified 293 ceL and ceM genes whose expression levels were significantly correlated with genotypic changes (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene CEL and gastric adenocarcinoma.
