These data demonstrated that, as observed in patient-derived samples CRCLMs, Claudin-8 is expressed at higher levels in subcutaneous PDX tumors derived from DHGP-type liver metastases whereas Claudin-2 is expressed at higher levels in subcutaneous PDX tumors derived from CRC patients with RHGP-type liver metastases.
