High-grade B cell lymphoma (HGBL) with translocations of MYC, BCL2, or/and BCL6 detected by FISH or standard cytogenetics, which is defined by the 2016 WHO Classification of Tumors of Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Tissue as Double- and Triple-Hit HGBL (HGBL-DH/TH),3 remains a treatment challenge.
