In this present study, we also proved that miR-200b was highly expressed in the exosomes from the plasma of EOC patients, and indicated that miR-200b promoted ovarian cancer cell proliferation and invasion via promoting macrophages M2 polarization and inhibiting M1 polarization by repressing Kruppel like factor 6 (KLF6) expression. The gene discussed is KLF6; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
