To investigate if fusion protein MICA-G129R can bind to breast cancer cells, PRLR-positive breast cancer cell line T-47D cells were incubated with control or MICA-G129R conditioned media and then stained with mouse anti-MICA primary antibody followed by an anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated with green fluorescent dye Alexa Fluor 488. The gene discussed is MICA; the disease is breast carcinoma.
