The phase 1/2 study investigated the combination of venetoclax with duvelisib, an oral PI3Kd inhibitor, as an all-oral, fixed-duration MRD-guided regimen in patients with Richter’s transformation and RR CLL including del (17p) (32% of patients) and TP53 mutation (45% of patients) [26]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
