As a result of multivariate regression logistic analysis with these 13 factors for Oldest Old men, nine significant factors, including six positively associated factors (HDLC, smoking history, cholinesterase (CHE), years of education, γ GTP, and BMI) and three negatively associated factors (genotype of rs671 (ALDH2), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and history of heart disease), were found (Supplementary Figure S1b). This evidence concerns the gene ALDH2 and heart disorder.
