Plasma levels of IgM against the IGKC76–99 MDA-modified peptide of patients with CAD with >70% stenosis were significantly 0.48-fold (p < 0.0001) lower than those of HCs, patients with CAD with 30~70% stenosis were 0.63-fold (p = 0.0001) lower than those of HCs, and patients with CAD with <30% stenosis were 0.62-fold (p = 0.0083) lower than those of HCs (Supplementary Figure S2H, right panel). The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is coronary artery disorder.
