They collected 229 genes in 10 cancer signaling pathways (the cell cycle, Hippo, Myc, Notch, Nrf2, PI3K, receptor tyrosine kinase [RTK]-RAS, transforming growth factor-β, p53, and Wnt), and found that 80.8% of these genes were correlated with eRNAs in at least one cancer type.
