The viability of melanoma cells depigmented with 10−3 M d-pen (Figure 3C), 6 μg/mL KA (Figure 3D), or 30 μg/mL KA (Figure 3E) increased after CV stimulation when the RIPK1, RIPK3, and MLKL kinases were inhibited. This evidence concerns the gene MLKL and melanoma.
