None of these proteins have been associated with cervical cancer in the literature, but the Human Proteome Atlas (HPA, http://www.proteinatlas.org accessed on 11 January 2021) [27] lists Prohibitin-2 as an unfavourable biomarker for endometrial cancer, Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 5 as an unfavourable biomarker for both renal and liver cancer, Lysine-tRNA ligase as an unfavourable biomarker for head and neck cancer, and, finally, Testin as favourable biomarker for renal cancer and an unfavourable biomarker for pancreatic cancer. The gene discussed is TES; the disease is liver cancer.
