The multivariate regression analysis revealed that PSA persistence was a significant predictor of BCR (HR: 3.8, p < 0.0001), while significance was not detected in the analyses of MTS (HR: 2.6, p = 0.1), CSM (HR: 4.2, p = 0.2) and OM (HR: 1.03, p = 0.9) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and ocular melanoma.
