Comparing men with undetectable vs. persistent PSA, the 10-year cumulative incidence of BCR was 31.3% vs. 80.8% (p < 0.0001); the incidence of MTS was 4.7% vs. 13.7% (p = 0.03), CSM was 1.35% vs. 4.8% (p = 0.09) and OM was 14.8% vs. 18.7 % (p = 0.2) (Figure 4).
