Overall, the 10-year cumulative incidence of BCR, MTS, CSM and OM were 39.61% (95% CI: 35.95–43.64), 9.70% (95% CI: 7.67–12.27), 4.81% (95% CI: 3.49–6.61) and 18.15% (95% CI: 16.04–20.53), respectively, with a significantly higher incidence in men with PSA persistence (all p < 0.0001, Figure 2).
