TNF and Alzheimer disease: The present study was performed to identify biologically active components in D. dasycarpus with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and/or anti-AD effects by performing in vitro and in vivo experiments in TNF-α/IFN-γ-induced HaCaT cells, H2O2-treated Jurkat T cells, and in a murine DNCB-induced model of AD.
