Obesity, IR, HA and gonadotrophin imbalance probably have an impact on higher anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels in women with PCOS compared to healthy women [35,36,38], which is connected with an increased number of antral follicles and higher production of AMH per antral follicle [39,40].
