LPIN1, ACSL1, and UCP3 were related to adipocyte differentiation and muscle growth [56,57,58,59,60], so dysregulation of these three genes may lead to AAA initiation, growth or rupture, as adipocytes residing in the perivascular tissue, and vascular smooth muscle cells play an important role in the development of AAA [19,60]. Here, UCP3 is linked to triple-A syndrome.
