DN (HR, 1.56; 95% CI, 1.08–2.27; p = 0.019), HD introduction in late period (HR, 1.84; 95% CI, 1.06–3.21, p = 0.031), CRP > 0.3 (HR, 1.93; 95% CI, 1.35–2.76; p = 0.001) and URR < 65 (HR, 2.29; 95% CI, 1.57–3.32, p < 0.001) were also significant risk factors for stroke and/or death events.
