Indeed, while some investigations showed that women treated with aromatase inhibitors had significant increase of myocardial infarction [7], heart failure [8], CV mortality [8] and other CV outcomes [9], other observational studies did not find any association with myocardial infarction [8,9,10,11] and stroke [8,9,10].
