Figure 2 shows the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines after the first and second doses. Efficacy four weeks after first dose was reported for only one antibody (NAb 70.2% (95% CI 0.655–0.746)). Efficacy after a second dose of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines was reported for RBD, S-protein, and NAbs, with the highest efficacy for NAbs at 99.5% (95% CI 0.980–0.999) (Table 3).
