To examine the relationships between CXCR2, CD11b and CD66b with immune infiltration and response of the tumor, we evaluated their correlations with the densities of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), CD3+ density (T lymphocytes), CD8+ density (cytotoxic T lymphocytes), programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) staining of tumor (PD-L1TC) or stromal (PD-L1Sc) cells and programmed cell death 1 staining of stroma cells (PD-1sc) (Table 3).
