KLK6 and cancer: As demonstrated in Table 1 and Figure S2A, (based on Table S1A data), the most frequent cancer-related mutations observed in KLK6-high group were mutations in the TTN and APC genes (found in 75% of KLK6-high tumors), followed by mutations in K-RAS oncogene (68.75%) and MUC16 (mutated in 56.25%).
