The major hub proteins—BCL2, RB1, PTEN, ERBB2, CCND1, ZEB1, FSCN1, WNT1, XIAP, FOXO1, UBA2, DNMT3B, ANXA2, and WEE1—were basically the same in the two networks, suggesting that our differentially expressed miRNAs regulate target genes that are involved in basic processes of tumor formation. Here, WEE1 is linked to neoplasm.
