The major hub proteins—BCL2, RB1, PTEN, ERBB2, CCND1, ZEB1, FSCN1, WNT1, XIAP, FOXO1, UBA2, DNMT3B, ANXA2, and WEE1—were basically the same in the two networks, suggesting that our differentially expressed miRNAs regulate target genes that are involved in basic processes of tumor formation. The gene discussed is CCND1; the disease is neoplasm.
