To investigate the role of TET2 in the regulation of PD-L1 gene expression, quantitative reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR), Western blotting, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay and MeDIP/hMeDIP-qPCR were performed on MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells. The gene discussed is TET2; the disease is breast cancer.
