EGFR and neoplasm: Of note, the fluorescently labeled 1/2 (FL-1/FL-2) nanostructures after 6 h incubation are located in the cytoplasm in the region of the endoplasmic reticulum membranes of model tumor cells, including A431, HeLa, and MCF-7 cells (Figure 4), suggesting their accessibility to RNase H and the translational machinery in which EGFR mRNA is evidently engaged.
