An analysis of SOD2 expression conducted in several tumor samples including lymphoma [31,32]; glioblastoma [33]; and bladder [34], colorectal [35], oral [36,37,38], lung [39], kidney [40,41], ovarian [42,43], penile [44], and breast cancers [45] have often associated its upregulation with metastasis and poor disease outcome. This evidence concerns the gene SOD2 and glioblastoma.
