Using the induced colitis mice model, Rahmani et al.11reported that rigosertib suppressed the production of IL‐1β, TNF‐α, INF‐γ, and MCP‐1 through PI3K/AKT and NF‐κB signaling pathways and protected mice against colitis. Interestingly, RLK1, the substrate of rigosertib, has been shown to be involved inflammation. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and colitis.
