CCL2 and colitis: Using the induced colitis mice model, Rahmani et al.11reported that rigosertib suppressed the production of IL‐1β, TNF‐α, INF‐γ, and MCP‐1 through PI3K/AKT and NF‐κB signaling pathways and protected mice against colitis. Interestingly, RLK1, the substrate of rigosertib, has been shown to be involved inflammation.
