It can be found that the gene expression levels of a number of ATG proteins, such as ATG2B, ATG4A, ATG5, ATG9A, and SNX4/SNX30 (Orthologs of Atg20/Atg24 in S. cerevisiae), are associated with the survival rate in multiple cancer types (Fig. 3b). The gene discussed is SNX30; the disease is cancer.
