Based on GSE54644, JAK2 homozygous mutated patients had higher expression of MAPK14 than all other mutation types of MPN and normal donors (Fig. 6B), but no significant difference were uncovered between JAK2 heterozygous mutation and other mutation types, which suggested number of mutated JAK2 copies was correlated with MAPK14 expression.
