To verify that the catalytic cysteine residue of TCPTP can be competitive combined and the phosphatase activity can be inhibited by TINCR, the levels of STAT3 phosphorylation and its downstream target genes were performed in HCC cells co-transfection with TINCR-siRNA and TCPTP-siRNA.
