GSEA analysis showed that the differential expression of ALKBH5 was related to some key biological processes involving PGC1A, AKT, and longevity signaling pathways (Table 6 and Figures 4(c) and 4(d)), thus providing an indication of the underlying mechanism in the tumorigenesis of PAAD.
