Taken the facts that LincRNAs are a special class of genes that control gene expression programs on multiple levels thereby contributing to cancer progression and that LINC01133 and MEG3 were attractively differentially expressed in primary and metastatic PDAC cancer cells (Figure 2G), we revealed the hypothesis that these two LincRNAs were crucial regulators of PDAC cancer cell metastasis.
