As the results showed in Figure S3, risk scores were positively related to infiltrations of macrophages M2 cells and neutrophils and negatively related to infiltrations of NK cells activated and T cells CD4 memory resting in IDH-wild type gliomas (p < 0.05); while risk scores were positively related to infiltrations of macrophages M1 cells, NK cells resting and negatively related to infiltrations of NK cells activated and mast cells activated in IDH-mutant gliomas (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and central nervous system cancer.
