Meanwhile, we found that CEP55 (Figure 6(b)), HIST1H2BO (Figure 6(c)), IFI6 (Figure 6(d)), KIAA0101 (Figure 6(e)), PBK (Figure 6(f)), SPAG5 (Figure 6(g)), and SPP1 (Figure 6(h)) were significantly upregulated in breast cancer compared to normal samples. The gene discussed is PCLAF; the disease is breast carcinoma.
