We found that higher expression of C1QB, CEP55, HIST1H2BO, IFI6, KIAA0101, PBK, SPAG5, and SPP1 and lower expression of DCN, FZD7, KRT5, and TGFBR3 were associated with shorter overall survival time in breast cancer (Figure 5). Here, SPAG5 is linked to breast cancer.
