Meanwhile, we found that CEP55 (Figure 6(b)), HIST1H2BO (Figure 6(c)), IFI6 (Figure 6(d)), KIAA0101 (Figure 6(e)), PBK (Figure 6(f)), SPAG5 (Figure 6(g)), and SPP1 (Figure 6(h)) were significantly upregulated in breast cancer compared to normal samples. The gene discussed is SPAG5; the disease is breast carcinoma.
