Similarly, Figure 11F also revealed a favorable predictive value for 1-, 3-, and 5-years OS rates, with AUC values of 0.639 (95% CI, 0.561 to 0.718), 0.626 (95% CI, 0.475 to 0.777) and 0.626 (95% CI, 0.468 to 0.733), respectively, supporting the efficacy of NRG1 as a biomarker for GBM prognosis (Figure 11F).
