Among these samples, the median percentage of EpCAM (CD326)+ CRC cells was 77.2% (range: 7.6% ~ 98.60%), out of which the median percentage of the expression of HLA-G, ILT-2, ILT-4 and PD-L1 was 14.90% (n=157; range: 1.81% ~ 79.90%), 67.70% (n=82; range: 19.30% ~ 98.40%), 8.55% (n=82; range: 0.41% ~ 56.40%), and 80.30% (n=70; range: 28% ~ 99.60%), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and colorectal carcinoma.
