In this study, a suspension of CRC cells was prepared from the frozen lesions and immune checkpoints, HLA-G, ILT-2, ILT-4, and PD-L1, were analyzed by multicolor flow cytometry gated using epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM); subsequently, the prognostic significance of the checkpoint proteins was evaluated. The gene discussed is HLA-G; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
