Further correlation analysis between methylation and mRNA illustrated that DNA methylation levels of AR, TET family, DNMT family, SPON2, and SLC45A3 were intimately associated with PCa progression by regulating expressions of 4879 genes, including EZH2, Plk1, and Myc, all of which have well‐documented roles in PCa. The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
