To confirm the roles of MSI2, SNORD12B, and ZBTB4 in tumor growth in vivo, we subcutaneously injected GBM MSI2(−) cells, SNORD12B(−) cells, ZBTB4(+) cells, or a combination of the three cells to construct mouse xenograft models. The gene discussed is SNORD12B; the disease is glioblastoma.
