Consistently, COMMD10 levels in freshly collected clinical HCC samples correlated positively with the mRNA levels of BAX (r = 0.702, p = 0.024), CASP3 (r = 0.887, p = 0.001), CASP9 (r = 0.662, p = 0.037), and negatively with BCL‐2 (r = ‐0.668, p = 0.035) (Figure 4D).
