Extent of FGFR1 and FGFR3 expression in EPN was analyzed across different molecular groups using three independent cohorts from Vienna (n = 56, qRT-PCR; n = 35, IHC), Heidelberg (n = 356, Affymetrix expression array) and Denver (n = 55, RNA sequencing), and further compared to mRNA expression levels in other brain tumor types as well as FGFR-driven tumor models.
