FGD5 and coronary artery disorder: Functional enrichment analysis indicated that only the upregulated genes were enriched in several biological processes such as blood vessel morphogenesis, as well as the CHD-related signaling pathways such as extracellular matrix assembly, Wnt, BMP, and ERK (Supplementary Table 5), and disease ontologies (e.g., cardiovascular disorders and non-cardiac disease), which indicates that FGD5-AS1 might function in multiple systems.
