GPT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: Compared with patients without NAFLD, those with NAFLD had higher BMI (25.85 vs 21.5, p < 0.001), shorter disease duration (3 vs 5 years, p = 0.028), older age at disease diagnosis (42.17 vs 35.19, p = 0.028), higher proportion of anti-integrin use (16.7% vs 1.8%, p = 0.025), higher GPT level (23 vs 15, p = 0.019), higher creatinine level (0.92 vs 0.79, p = 0.007).
