In addition, ssGSEA was used to identify the abundance of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in cluster A and cluster B. We found that the levels of B cells, T cells, Treg cells, TFH cells, macrophages, aDCs, iDCs, CD56dim cells, Th1 cells, and Tgd cells in cluster A were significantly higher than those in cluster B, while the level of infiltrating NK cells in cluster A was significantly lower than that in cluster B (Figure 3C). The gene discussed is ABCA1; the disease is neoplasm.
